It’s priced at £7.99 ($10) on Steam and the Windows Store. The DLC isn’t free and it isn’t included in Xbox Game Pass. It was re-released as the Definitive Edition in October 2020, and has since been built upon with the United States Civilization DLC. Age of Empires III was originally released in 2005.
